It’s All About the Resident

At Alden Courts of Waterford, residents benefit from compassionate, 24-hour care and services. Activities-based programming to promote structure and alleviate confusion and disorientation is offered daily. Interdisciplinary staff members receive specific training, plus ongoing education in the latest therapeutic approaches for encouraging individuality and accommodating behavior changes that often accompany cognitive deficits.

We also offer a distinct setting conducive to healthy living with calm colors and lighting that offers a soothing environment.

Specialized Neighborhoods

Depending on a resident’s needs, Alden Courts of Waterford provides three distinct levels of care that represent a different level of the dementia process. These three distinct “neighborhoods” – Aboretum, Botanical and Countryside – take into account the various cognitive and physical needs of residents. They are all similar in setting and each is designed to meet the needs of individuals at every stage.

This innovative approach allows residents’ needs to be met along the continuum of care and ensures they receive the right care and services when they need it.

At Alden Courts of Waterford, our goal is to help individuals function to the best of their ability so they can live life to the fullest.
